Excellent estate agents

After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air. Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase. I would recommend Dawsons Morriston without hesitation.

Impressed by the high standards of Dawson's Morriston

From the first visit to Dawson's Morriston my wife and myself were impressed by the friendly atmosphere produced by all the staff members, we were soon shown how professional and efficient Tracy and her team are. We viewed the property with Dafydd who did not rush the process, answered our questions and queries, he kept us informed of progress and relivant information throughout the purchase. Tracey showed her knowledge and experience by her professional attitude to problem solving and communication between all parties concerned. In addition to all this we were given the name of a removal firm who proved to be excellent which made our move as painless and stress free as possible. Great from start to finish

The whole process from viewing the property to the final completion was really straightforward. We viewed the property with Dafydd, who was brilliant - really knew his stuff and was patient too. He kept me updated fully once the offer was submitted and then accepted. When the process was getting closer to completion, I had more contact with Dawsons, mainly with Tracy and she was excellent too. Very thorough and detailed in her communication and she kept me updated regularly and accurately. Then upon completion and going into the Morriston office to collect the keys I was welcomed by Andrea who was extremely warm and friendly. Overall I'd recommend Dawsons to anyone who was looking to buy their house. I'm delighted with my new purchase, but if and when I come to sell it, there is only one company I'd consider using and that is Dawsons.

Tasha - most approachable and helpful estate agent around.

We decided to sell through purple bricks but although the concept was good there is no personal service or after sales care that teamed with their awful solicitors that we were bound to use have left us nine months since offer agreed with no move.
