This brief information we hope will give an introduction to both sellers and buyers about the area and the range of services from the office that we aim to give to our clients. Dawsons, the market leader in Killay, has been established since 1993 with an experienced team who have a wealth of experience in Estate Agency while maintaining local knowledge and a forward thinking approach to the housing market. GoogleWell I have to say that the Team but especially Grace might just have changed my opinion regarding estate agents. Grace kept me well Informed on any developments with the house we where purchasing off one of there clients. GoogleDawsons were great selling our property for the full asking price in 10 days with the sale completing in just over three months. As a result we might always wonder if the price was to low and feel that knowing they could sell it so easily their fees were to high. We experienced some frustration in the lack of continuity of contacts from initial instruction to completion. We also had a problem with the sale board indicating the wrong message.

Achieving the full asking price within just 10 days and completing in a little over three months is something the Mumbles sales team works very hard to deliver, and we’re pleased this was your experience. I appreciate your honesty regarding pricing and fees. When a property sells quickly and for a strong price, it can naturally prompt those questions. However, this result is very much down to the strategy, market knowledge, and proactive approach of the team, from accurate pricing advice and targeted marketing to effective negotiation and progression through to completion. We are sorry to hear that you felt a lack of continuity at times. While our team-based approach ensures momentum is maintained throughout the sale, I understand how important clear communication and familiar points of contact are, and this is something we continually work to refine. GoogleI recently bought my first house through mortimers Accrington and I was very worried about the whole process, however mortimers were nothing but amazing. I had the pleasure of being supported in this process with the lovely Leaoni who made this process so easy to understand and she was extremely reassuring. I felt I could speak to Leaoni at any time and she was always happy to speak with me, ensuring I felt happy and comfortable in the whole process. If I ever rang up and Leaoni was busy with another customer, someone in the office was always happy to help too. It was also nice to see that recently mortimers hired a new employee who sold me car over a year ago (Jonathan). He will be a lovely fit in a love team of people who are really supportive and caring. I will definitely go back to mortimers when I sell/buy properties in the future and I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you to everyone who helped me in this process, especially Leaoni. I am excited to send Leaoni before and after pictures☺️.

But Brad was across our sale and purchase and every other part of the chain and with his dogged determination he was solely responsible for a successful conclusion, an asset to the team. GoogleWe valued the flexibility around viewing properties, including Sunday viewings. But most of all we can not overstate how well we were supported by our assigned agent Grace Bleasdale in the purchase of the property we set our hearts on. From the outset Grace went above and beyond in keeping us informed at every stage and liaising with all the other estate agents and conveyancers involved to ensure that all was progressing as it should be. Nothing has been too much for Grace who has been completely accessible, even when I believe it may have encroached into her personal time. She has been a real star and I can't praise or thank her enough. She has my highest recommendation and I wish her every success in her continuing career.
