hands on agents who go the extra mile

I have been really impressed with David and his team at Dawson's. They have done an excellent job selling my property. they have always been available to answer queries or discuss matters and have always given me decent and honest advice. I do not live near the property sold so they have been very helpful in going above and beyond in assisting us to sell. Most of all, they have always been friendly and charming. I would say they - and David in particular - are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Thank you all so much for all your help!

Friendly, efficient, and then some ...

I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at the Killay branch of Dawsons. They were professional in all their dealings with me, offering sensible advice and keeping me informed and updated so that I always felt that they were working pro-actively on my behalf. I must, however, single out Sharon for particular praise as she went above and beyond anything in the agreement and managed my small menagerie in such an efficient way that I felt completely at ease knowing that viewings would be handled with care and competence. I would recommend this team to anyone.

All staff provided first class service at all times , feedback after viewings was prompt and detailed. Excellent Service

Estate Agents are not always the most well thought of companies, however the service we received from Dawsons, Killay was outstanding. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and we were impressed from day 1.. Unfortunately we had to take our house off the market but would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others and when our circumstances change will definitely go back to them in the future,

EFFICIENT ESTATE AGENTS

We found Dawsons Killay office staff excellent in all aspects during the marketing and sale of our property. They are honest, efficient and friendly. From the outset when we had our initial valuation we found them very approachable and informative. They gave prompt feedback after viewings and helped us deal with any problems as they arose. Helen in particular was always very professional and ensured that everything ran smoothly.

Took a few months to do what it had took other years.

David, Sharon, Corey and the team took a few months to sell our house after 3 years of no success with other agents. They were professional, personal and very efficient and effective. The most enjoyable aspect was they kept in touch with us not us having to chase them. We would strongly recommend them to take charge of any house sale.

Excellent service

Dawson's have been an excellent estate agent. The whole team have always been professional and so easy to deal with. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. They have given us good feedback on our property. Plenty of notice prior to viewings and good advice on offers and potential property for us to buy. We have decided to take a break from selling our one but would defiantly return to Dawson's in the future!

Sale of 3 victoria row, penclawdd

The team at killay were very pro active and kept myself and my solicitor in the loop at all times during the sale of my property. This made the sale very swift and painless. They were realistic about the achievable sale price which encouraged a number of buyers to view the property,. I would have no hesitation in recommending this team to friends in the future.

Responsive, realistic and efficient.

After a slow start Dawsons finally managed to generate interest and 10 months down the line the property is sold. Their advice was always clear and realistic, backed up by experience. They always got back to me and kept me updated on what was going on. Very professional and I would use them again without hesitation.
