Trying to buy a house has been crazy in the current market! As soon as i spoke to the staff in Dawsons Killay they couldn't do enough for me. They found me a suitable property and guided me every step of the way. Kelly especially has gone over and above and i cant thank her enough. I am good friends with Branch Manager David Parton & during conversation with our group of friends, I discussed how my partner and I were hoping to buy a property soon & needed mortgage advice. David was very quick to help & said he could arrange a meeting with the branches Mortgage Advisor. The meeting was arranged for later that week & David kept me updated on when to come to the office & subsequently, the meeting was a success. I also worked for a software company, who develop estate agency software & to give me a better understanding of how estate agents work, I spoke with David to see if he could accommodate me coming to the office for the day to job shadow members of his team. David was more than accommodating & the day spent with the team was invaluable to me. I could also see first hand how well run the office was & how helpful the team were to me.

Having dealt with Dai in Killay on several occasions and I’m constantly amazed at his wealth of knowledge and vast collection of jumpers many of which looked hand knitted. I had heard a lot about Dai before meeting him and he didn’t disappoint. His hair remains top of mind due to its incredible ability to move around his large head like a wig - amazing talent! Lovely guy - recommend dealing with him!

I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Review of service for selling our property and helping to purchase a property

Within this review I am referencing those agents that my wife and I had most contact with (David, Corey, Sharon) however, I suspect, given our experience of these agents, that the team as a whole need praise. From the minute we had our property to sell evaluated, to the handing over of our keys and collecting the keys to our new home, Dawsons were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and approachable. They agreed to a negotiated fee of selling our property in line with another Agency, they sought quickly to answer any queries we had and they updated us promptly with regards the processes of sale and purchasing. Selling and moving home and all that goes between can be very stressful so for us, the reliance on an agency like Dawsons to handle this was important - on that basis I would thoroughly recommend Dawsons to anyone looking for the support of an agency to sell (or buy) a property.

Excellent, professional and personal

I recently sold and bought with the help of the Dawsons Killay team. From the introductory valuation through to completion I was most impressed with the service. Particularly impressive on the sales side was the database of buyers they already have as contacts which resulted in 4 viewings in the first week leading to 2 offers. This local knowledge combined with a personal, professional approach should not be underestimated when considering selling your property. In addition the service on purchase was outstanding with regular courtesy calls from the team which resulted in an environment where I was happy to pick up the phone if I had any questions and always felt the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and approachable.
