Whilst we didn't buy a property via Dawson's, we feel obliged to mention the excellent customer service provided by Kelly Israel. She was undoubtedly the most professional and attentive agent we encountered. Kelly showed us four properties. She was prompt and knowledgeable, being able to respond to every question we asked about a property. She was immaculate in her personal presentation which always helps to project a professional and positive image. She was not pushy, allowing us time to deliberate privately, whilst always being available to assist. She has done much to eliminate a rather negative image of Dawson's that both my wife and I held. We will certainly return to Dawson's Marina office as we look to expand our modest property portfolio.

Excellent Service from Dawsons Sketty branch

We have been dealing with Dawsons (Sketty branch) for the purchase of a property and have been constantly impressed by the service we have received. The agent we have been primarily dealing with (Sian) has been excellent from the point of initial contact, through the viewing process and most recently through the negotiation process. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with the branch Manager, who has been nothing short of excellent. She has unfailingly provided concise, relevant information, dealt with queries promptly and has represented the seller and ourselves (as purchaser) with equal fairness and honesty. I would have no hesitation in recommending this branch to any prospective seller or buyer as they provide an excellent professional service with total integrity. If you are looking for an agent who you can trust, who will go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, is pleasant and professional in their approach, then I would highly recommend this branch. I believe they have saved us and the seller time, stress and additional solicitor fees by providing such good communication early on the purchase. We are currently buying through dawsons and I must say they have excellent after sales care. We decided to sell through purple bricks but although the concept was good there is no personal service or after sales care that teamed with their awful solicitors that we were bound to use have left us nine months since offer agreed with no move. Outstanding, Caring, professional services beyond expectation

We have had quite a few dealings with estate agents over a thirty year period as we have had to buy and sell property seven times. Dawson's Marina take first prize for all the qualities you hope for in estate agents but rarely receive, i.e. Excellent service, competence, personal caring. We dealt primarily with Lisa Davies who became a mainstay for us in finding a property, viewing properties, and being generally helpful and kind. She even picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the property we eventually negotiated to buy when our car broke down. Viv, the manager of Dawson's, was also greatly helpful in talking to us on the phone, submitting our offer, and coordinating with our solicitor. They both proved to be quite exceptional in ther compassion when I became quite ill and had delays and difficulties in completing. So we are more than pleased and grateful and would recommend this branch of Dawson's to anyone.

I am a first time buyer and after considerable searching I came across a property advertised through Dawsons auctions. Being first time buyers we were very apprehensive of going down the auction route to purchase our first property. After much research on the property and the auction process itself (don’t just watch homes under the hammer!) My wife and I decided it had enough potential to make a great family home so decided to go with the plunge and thankfully were successful in the auction.
