We would like to thank staff at Dawsons Mumbles for their services during our recent purchase of a home in the locality. We were dealt with in a fair, dignified, professional and transparent manner throughout all stages of the process - from first viewing, to price negotiations and onwards to final completion of sale. We were kept informed of our position at all times and any issues were attended to immediately. The process was completed speedily yet without pressure and we were able to work at a pace that met our individual needs. We were treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Julie was more than just helpful I was able to get hold of her very quickly and sort out any problems especially with regard to information for solicitors. She helped me exchange within 8 working days. to secure the property I was buying. I had access to her through her office or mobile and my emails were always replied to promptly. Without her help I would never have been able to secure the property as quickly. She helped take a lot of stress out of the buying process. I would recommend her to any future clients.

My husband and I viewed a property recently. Lauren from the Sketty branch called for feedback, upon giving my reasons, i.e road layout, no entry on the street meaning poor traffic conditions to get to and from the house as the position of the street would mean travelling via the lights at the retail park for the school runs etc, she started arguing back stating we must have traffic where we are now etc etc! I was very surprised and needless to say will not be choosing Dawson's to sell our property if that's the way they badger potential buyers!
We apologise if we have offended you in any way, the conversation was merely a proactive attempt to further understand your requirements and build a rapport to further help you in your search for your new home. In order to aid people with their property search it is paramount that we ask questions to understand why certain aspects do and don't suit to save you being sent out information or booked in for viewings at properties that won't suit your requirements. An outstanding estate agency - I contacted the company explaining what type of property I was looking for. Within a few weeks I had a phone call from April Parry - Walters informing me that they had taken on a property that fitted my needs. I was able to view and make an offer before the property for sale sign had gone up. Even the after sales experience went the 'extra mile'' - a minor problem was dealt with and rectified with the minimum of fuss. As buyers we found all of the staff we dealt with most helpful. They answered our queries promptly and liaised effectively with their clients, the vendors. The also worked with our solicitors to smooth the transaction. Post-completion, they have still helped us with useful information and contacts and continued taking in mail to forward to the former tenant...

We had an excellent service from Dawsons Walters Rd branch.Staff were helpful knew each other's business if a staff member was unavailable and more so give us invaluable recommendations.This included a surveyor,solicitor to deal with our conveyancing,local gas inspector and damp proof expert..
