Rebekah Young is an extremely professional and pleasant young lady to deal with, she has helped us through a very difficult transition. No matter what or how many times we have called her for any specific reason , nothing is to much trouble for her. Rebekah is a credit to Dawson's and obviously a member of your staff to hold on to. Excellent estate agents

After having to pull out of the purchase of a property due to the estate agents (who shall remain nameless...) trying to cover up a mass of problems and defects, dealing with Dawsons was a breath of fresh air. Natasha, who showed us the property and passed on our offers to the seller, was helpful and efficient. Tracy, the sales negotiator, was excellent. All telephone and email queries were answered promptly, and we were kept up to date with the progress of the purchase. I would recommend Dawsons Morriston without hesitation.

Sale of 10 Lon Brynawel, SA7 9SY

This sale was beset by cock-ups on the part of solicitors and the buyer's mortgage provider. As far as I could tell, the only party to the transaction that didn't mess up was Dawsons, the Estate Agents who went to great lengths to ensure that the sale was eventually a success. Tracy Sturgess gave 100% to us in getting things sorted. Tenacious! She would keep us informed by phone, email, text within and without "office hours." She was always contactable and I had total confidence in her, Andrea Devoy was helpful in getting good photos done in the early stages and being very speedy in getting things underway and I noticed that Caroline Mountfield in the office was always very efficient and polite.

Dawsons were excellent

We were buying a house in the Mumbles.. We were selling our place in England. Dawsons were acting for the vendor in the Mumbles. There were many times our sale was stalling in England and things became very tense. Dawsons and in particular Andrea were great in communicating with all sides,, great in understanding the problems and trying to find solutions to satisfy all sides.. They were a major reason as to why we managed to complete this purchase. Even after the move they have been very helpful in recommending tradespeople to help us post move.. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dawsons and if I were ever to sell they would be the first people I would contact

Sale of property.

I cannot praise Dawsons highly enough for their effort, professionalism, help and patience in what has been a very protracted journey of highs and lows.. Their support throughout, the whole process from initial visit to completion has been un-stinting; and I suspect that my stress level would have been considerably higher had I not known that I could rely on their advice and calm whenever needed. A high quality service delivered by helpful, thoroughly competent staff

Selling my property through Dawsons Auctions has been a really positive experience. Thanks to the expertise and good humoured co-operation of obliging staff who clearly enjoy their work. I found Julie Lawry very knowledgable, enthusiastic and kind, while Corey Ashford, who has the tricky job of presenting the old house and garden in their best light with photos, videos etc, demonstrated considerable initiative and talent. Although I didn't meet Nicola Taylor, we spoke on the phone a few times and she was always pleasant, professional and courteous. The excellent promotional skills of the team resulted in the property doing very well at auction and I would recommend Dawsons to anyone.

EXPERIENCE WITH DAWSONS

It is not long since Dawsons took over Marina and SA1, but - so far- I have found everyone at Dawsons to be very friendly, helpful and communicative... The only thing I would mention, however, is I am waiting on feed-back from an Inspection which should have taken place early June with Marina & SA1 - and I am still not sure if this Inspection (the 2nd Quarterly) has indeed been carried out, as of now?
