GoogleGreat experience dealing with these estate agents for trying to buy our first home however the sale did fall through unfortunately. The estate agents need to stop falsely advertising one of their properties on Rightmove in Kirk Deighton schoolhouse terrace it’s got a restriction on the property so only people in the borough of Harrogate can buy it you need to make potential buyers aware of this as that is the main reason we ended up pulling out.

GoogleI recently bought a house through this branch of Dacres. Will, Lesley, and Rebecca are all superb. They are responsive, patient, honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the area and properties they are selling. They went above and beyond to help the purchase go through smoothly. Thanks to their hard work, the purchase has been a stress free experience - something I doubt many buyers can say. Should I ever be looking to sell/buy another property I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dacres in Burley. Thank you all for your help!

GoogleWhat can you say about a mother and son team-Lesley and Will! Exemplary, thats what you can say, beyond the call of duty, quite genuinely so, nothing too much trouble, pleased to answer questions, did all the hard work of selling my beloved father's property, which needless to say was problematic! The house sale was delayed due to corona lockdown and Lesley and Will sorted it all out, with the house been sold at full asking price on a sought after street, namely 17 Holme Grove. You couldn't wish to meet nicer and genuine people as Lesley and Will, as some estate agencies have a reputation of having a non-caring attitude, however I take the view being a typical Yorkshireman ''Speak as you find and mean what you say''! I would not hesitate to recommend Lesley and Will without reservation, if I had to move or even consult them with their breadth and depth of knowledge of the property market, which in many cases is a minefield and that is testimony to their professionalism! Fantastic!!!

Rebecca and Lesley both showed me around properties, and Will negotiated the sale. All went above and beyond to make the process as stress free an easy as possible. After experiences with other agents, it was a relief to purchase through Dacres, who gave a genuine and professional service.

GoogleWe've been looking at houses for months, the majority have been with this agency. We were quite fussy with our requirements which resulted in a lot of viewings without us making an offer. This didn't dampen the enthusiasm of the agents. They kept looking and eventually found us a property that we liked. Rebecca and Lesley knew all the details about the properties and were able to answer all of our questions as they showed us around. They also knew the surrounding areas very well and gave us a lot of local information. Throughout the purchase process Rebecca has been very helpful, especially when we had questions that weren't important enough to go through the solicitor.
