GoogleThe support we received from all the staff at Dacres could not have been better. We felt totally relaxed asking questions and the guidance given as the sale proceeded was very clear. Of particular help was the regular feedback we were given. This was so important to us and we felt we were always part of the team. From the moment Steven outlined the selling process to us, through all the detailed management by Louise, we always felt at ease, confirming that we had chosen the right team to sell our property. It is not the first time we have dealt with Dacre, Son & Hartley and Alison and we chose to go with them again because they made the whole process as easy and quick as possible. GoogleBest estate agent there is!! Amazing service from day 1 until completion day. We sold our house with Dacre, Son and Hartley. We had a lot of interest and an offer within a few weeks of listing. Alison then helped us find our dream home. She listened to our needs and was always on the end of the phone willing to help in anyway she could with either queries, problems, chasing and just updates to reassure. The house we purchased was also listed with Dacre son and Hartley and is absolutely perfect. I woupd highly recommend for either a purchase or sale. Thanks again Alison and team at the Pateley Bridge office 🥰

GoogleAfter a... "less than ideal" experience with another estate agent, choosing Dacre, Son & Hartley in Wetherby was the best decision I have ever made! The customer service was outstanding, with a lovely personal touch. The whole team, especially Saoirse, went above and beyond. No issue was too big or too small, and I was never left in the dark. I was kept in the loop at every stage. They also handled all the communication with my solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor, which was a lifesaver since solicitors can be a bit hopeless! I can't recommend them highly enough.
