Steph, Jamie and the team provided an exceptional service recently during the sale of my property and were so helpful and proactive in helping me find my new home. Steph really went out of her way to help me and kept me fully informed throughout the whole process while also offering really sound and beneficial advice. A huge thank you to Jamie and the team, from the beginning we were treated like we were their only customers! Nothing was too much trouble, the valuation was spot on, the viewings were conducted in a very safe way and the sale, although somewhat lengthy with a few bumps along the way, conducted in a professional but friendly way. Steph and the entire team at Country Properties were fantastic, they worked really hard to sell our house despite the challenges of lockdown and the bad spring weather. We could always get hold of someone and after our sale was agreed the team worked really hard to ensure a smooth completion, would highly recommend - thanks CP Shefford!

We met Paul last week for a house viewing and - as first time buyers - we could not have asked for a better experience. In addition to the thorough and knowledgeable tour, he went above and beyond to answer our questions about buying in Letchworth in general. It really left us with a positive feeling after our first viewing in Letchworth.
