Sophie and her lettings team provided essential, expert, and friendly property management support that made a huge difference for me. Recently, Irma, Fiona, and the sales team have delivered outstanding service, offering constant availability and rapid responses throughout the entire sale process. GoogleWe have engaged Country Properties Ampthill Branch on more than one occasion and they have always been outstanding. As a whole branch, and as individual agents, they are genuinely 11/10! Sasha, in particular, was fabulous throughout: supportive, responsive, completely on top of everything. She is a real expert in her field and in keeping buyers, sellers, solicitors and everyone else engaged and moving through the process, during what can be a tremendously stressful period. She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all. We honestly could not recommend her or the wider Country Properties team more. They are streets ahead of the other players in the market and would unquestionably be our first choice again in future. GoogleThe process of selling this house was so quick, Country Properties have previously managed this property for me as a letting since 2016 but at the start of this year I decided it was time to sell up - Fiona picked up the sale and helped get everything in place ready to list as soon as the property was vacant. Within less than a week of the property being live on the market we had a buyer that had offered asking price and the ball was rolling on the sale immediately. Fiona and the rest of the team at Royston were available for any questions I had throughout the sale and if for any reason I wasn't able to reach my solicitor directly I was able to get an update from Country Properties directly so I always knew what was happening. I'd highly recommend using the Royston Country Properties team if you're selling a house within the area for a quick and painless sale.

GoogleI would highly recommend Country Properties Baldock, Michelle, Irma and the team, are professional and helpful. All viewings were communicated and managed professionally, and follow up feedback was always communicated promptly via a phone call or email. The whole process of selling and buying a property can be very stressful and frustrating, and we had a particularly difficult time. Michelle and Irma supported us during the process, by chasing other parties involved including solicitors and buyers to keep the process on track and to keep all lines of communication going. GoogleLaura Simmons recently dealt with a house purchase for my family. I found her to be really efficient, no nonsense and easy to communicate with. She always returned phone calls and emails & was a huge help in getting us through house we wanted after it unexpectedly came back on the market.
