GoogleI've just bought my first house with Country Properties Flitwick and the whole team were so friendly and helpful. I was nervous about the process of buying a house, having never done it before, but a particular shoutout to Phil who kept me up to date with everything the whole time, was full of advice and just generally made the process from start to finish a complete breeze for me. GoogleWe went through a particularly difficult and stressful process, but throughout it all Irma was outstanding. She kept everything moving when things could quite easily have fallen apart and, honestly, without her I’m convinced the deal would have collapsed. What really stood out was how on top of everything she was at all times. Communication was excellent throughout, and she worked incredibly hard to keep all the different stakeholders aligned and informed, even when tensions were running high. She handled the situation with real professionalism and calmness, which made a huge difference. You could probably find someone slightly cheaper, but in our experience you really do get what you pay for. The service was worth every penny. They went above and beyond for us and exceeded our expectations by quite a margin. I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleI cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Baldock Office. It is said that a house sale is one of the most stressful times but the team at Baldock helped to make this process simple and stress free. Always professional and always there to answer any question relating to the sale. One of the best comments I can make is that they price their houses competitively thus not leaving you with too high an expectation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Country Properties Baldock to friends and family.

GoogleWe recently went through a change of tenants for my rented property, and the experience was genuinely excellent from start to finish. From the full exit inspections to carefully vetting potential tenants, organising escorted viewings, handling contracts and signatures, and managing all the banking arrangements, everything was done to an exceptionally high professional standard. What really stood out, though, was the care, attention, and personal touch throughout the process. The team at Country Properties in Letchworth Garden City went above and beyond, providing an outstanding level of service and making the whole transition completely stress‑free.

GoogleI called country properties for a viewing of an house after receiving a s21. We had 4 weeks to move and property waitlists were full. I spoke to Debbie who was very quick to help, arranged a viewing and also suggested other properties available. Debbie has been so kind and helpful throughout our moving process. She has kept me up to date, contacted me to check in and has processed all forms very quickly for our move to make sure we got in and settled. I would highly recommended country properties and Debbie! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us and feel very lucky for all Debbie has done for us!
