Myself and my partner, Natalie, purchased our first home through Country Properties, Biggleswade and were fortunate enough to have Laura Simmons assigned to the sale. Laura was a fantastic help from day one of general enquiries all through to completion. Where we had times of frustrations through lack of updates from either legal parties, Laura was quick to action and keep the purchase moving. Laura had great communication throughout and when not in office, her team were in the know of our case, showing top communication throughout the branch. If only I could give 6 stars! It's no coincidence that many other reviewers use the word 'team'. I was impressed by their team-working from the very start, and from instructing Karl to sell a 'challenging' house to completion took just 12 weeks - it would not have happened before Christmas without Laura being so pro-active, and Danni was also really helpful - I was getting daily updates from them in the last week amidst the usual frustrations when dealing with Solicitors. They were an absolute joy to deal with, and I honestly don't think I would have had the same service from the other Biggleswade estate agents I consulted.

We had a great experience with Country Properties, listing our house in under a week and selling it on the first viewing. Unfortunately we had our buyer dropping off due to personal reasons but country properties was quick to put it back on the market and we were able to sell once again within a few viewings. We “popped” in on a Saturday at 10am in hope we could view a house at some point and was greeted with a smile by Laura .. to my surprise we was in the house and viewing by 11am, just an hour later! Prompt and reactive which is always a good sign! Laura has been brilliant and faultless throughout the whole process from first viewing to completion! Communication has been clear and concise, clearly an expert in her field as she shared her knowledge of the area regarding schools and education which was extremely useful and important to us, Laura works closely with our conveyancer and has given us timely updates along the way and put us at ease, always made herself available if we needed to visit the house for measurements etc and all in all just made the whole transaction as seamless as possible! 10/10 for Laura and Country Properties Biggleswade!

Country Properties, are in my opinion, the best estate agents in Biggleswade and the surrounding area. They gave a honest opinion of value at the valuation process. Once instructed, they found a superb buyer very quickly. From offer to completion in approximately 10 weeks. The staff are professional, polite and very knowledgeable.
