GoogleCountry Properties, are in my opinion, the best estate agents in Biggleswade and the surrounding area. They gave a honest opinion of value at the valuation process. Once instructed, they found a superb buyer very quickly. From offer to completion in approximately 10 weeks. The staff are professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I can't rate them highly enough. Selling or buying in the Biggleswade area, Country Properties are the ones to choose.

GoogleWe bought a property back in October and i have to say that the estate agents were the least stressful part of the whole process. They replied to my emails within hours (sometimes even minutes! - shoutout to Tracey), and every call answered. I truly found every person that I dealt with incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

GoogleReally impressed with the attitude and dedication of everyone at Country Properties in Biggleswade. Started with the friendly sales banter from Ash as we first put my late mother's house on the market, followed by regular updates (good and bad) from Laura and the team regarding what people thought of the property, and then I'm glad to say resulting in a sale that was chased through via Martin (the sales progresser) and Ash who managed to sort out a house clearance guy, and a window glazier to sort out a few snags. All round - a really good experience ... Thank you all!!

GoogleI recently used Country&Properties to sell our home in biggleswade. From day 1 the process was straightforward, Karl popped round to value property and set everything up. Within a couple of days we were on the market. Laura then came over to look round the property so she knew what she was selling. Within a week we started receiving good offers and couple of weeks later it was sold. The whole process has been smooth, Laura has gone out of her way to keep me up to speed with everything, chasing the chain, chasing solicitors etc etc. Country & Properties are your premium estate agent and I would highly recommend.

Jake, who initially valued our house, truly understood what we were looking for. Even though we viewed several properties, he always knew “the one” was coming to market and expertly timed our sale to align with it. Billie was excellent during negotiations, ensuring our sale price matched the purchase of our new home, her attention to detail really made a difference. GoogleIt is always said that moving home is one of the 3 most stressful things you can do in life. It’s true !!! Although my sale took 5 months to complete due to complexities regarding freehold/leasehold without Laura at Country Properties help I doubt I would have seen it through. She was always at the end of the phone when I had a question or needed advice. She liaised with the solicitors at times when I felt I was getting nowhere with them. I’m sure by the time my sale came to completion Laura hearing my voice in her sleep. I can only thank her for her help and support, she is a credit to Country Properties.
