Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!

I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.

GoogleMyself and my partner bought our house through Country Properties, and honestly they were absolutely fantastic. The whole team went above and beyond to offer support, provide updates and accommodated lots of requests. Our solicitors weren’t brilliant, but having such a supportive team at Country Properties helped to relieve a lot of that stress. I had so many questions as I wasn’t entirely sure on the process, but Country Properties made me feel like no question was a stupid question (which was very kind considering some of them were most definitely stupid questions). Couldn’t recommend highly enough!

GoogleThoughtful, attentive and professional. This branch of Country Properties should be the flagship based on the service they provide. Relocating and moving house is one of the most stressful things anybody can go through but with their quick communication and support it felt easy. Sharon in particular really did go above and beyond, no ask felt silly and she joined us in our excitement for our new chapter.
