They were always able to support you on the end of a phone in their calm, friendly and possitive manner. They are a truly wonderful team to work with, lovely people, efficient and showed such professionalism throughout. I called country properties for a viewing of an house after receiving a s21. We had 4 weeks to move and property waitlists were full. I spoke to Debbie who was very quick to help, arranged a viewing and also suggested other properties available. Debbie has been so kind and helpful throughout our moving process. She has kept me up to date, contacted me to check in and has processed all forms very quickly for our move to make sure we got in and settled. I would highly recommended country properties and Debbie! I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to help us and feel very lucky for all Debbie has done for us!

I recently sold a property through Country Properties’ Shefford office, and I can’t praise the team highly enough. My main contact, Steph Beresford, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone I dealt with had such a friendly, positive, and light-hearted attitude, which made the whole process so much easier and far less stressful. This wasn’t a straightforward sale, and they worked far harder than a typical transaction would usually demand. As the sale had to be handled remotely due to the distance from my home, their support truly went above and beyond. They kept an eye on the property, checked in regularly, and even took the final meter readings at the end of the sale, something I’m incredibly grateful for. What can I say, Jamie and his team have been outstanding. Purchased my dream house through them and I was kept updated every step of the way. They went above and beyond (Jamie especially), chasing solicitors, speaking with the vendor, nothing was too much to ask. To top it all off, the sale went through extremely quick! Excellent service from all the staff at the Shefford branch. Good marketing advice initially and the team got plenty of viewings for us. Kept update at all times and after our first sale collapsed after 6 months, not due to Country Properties, they quickly re marketed our house and we had 3 offers in only 2 days leading to a very completion in less than 8 weeks. Country Properties Shefford were outstanding and repeatedly went the extra mile on our behalf. It was not the most straightforward transaction, as there were repeated problems with a property at the bottom of the chain and some difficult decisions had to be made. Our experience with Country Properties Shefford has been exceptional from start to finish. From first meeting Jamie and the visit he made during our build, to coming back out once we made the decision to move on. Throughout the viewing process every member of the team was helpful and well prepared. They were always on hand; even for last minute viewings when we were away. I am pretty sure Steph even made the bed for us!! Our offer communication was a little back and forth with the buyers, but this was managed exceptionally by Steph and it made the process much more bareable. We sold our house with only one viewing thanks to Country properties understanding of the potential client base! We sold our house via Country Properties Shefford and couldn’t have had a better experience. Steph came round to value the property, and used her knowledge of the area and potential buyers to contact a family who were interested in a similar house to see if they would be interested in viewing it. They offered the full asking price which allowed us to move on with our house moving journey! Furthermore, we had some annoying legal stuff during our sale but Steph was fantastic in keeping the chain informed so everyone stayed in the chain. Country Properties Estate Agents Shefford have been fantastic. Lucy Kersey was very helpful in our search for our new home - nothing was too much trouble and often responded to emails outside her normal working hours - including weekends to organise viewings on our behalf. Unfortunately we didn't manage to find a property through County Properties but did find a home in Shefford.
