We were travelling a great deal whilst our house was up for sale. The Country Properties team prepared well and had a full understanding of all details of our home and they conducted all viewings with the upmost professionalism. They have always been punctual and the communication to set up viewings, feedback and guiding us through the sales was exemplary. Steph in particular has been a gem but so have Jamie and the rest of the team. I would highly recommend Country Properties Shefford.

I would like to thank Stef, Lucy and the staff at Country Properties for their exemplary service during the recent sale of my parents property. Throughout the entire process, we will consistently impressed by the professionalism and dedication exhibited by the staff. Their patience ad knowledge greatly eased the complexities associated with the sale, allowing us to feel supported and informed every step of the way. Additionally, the effective communication maintained by the team ensured a smooth transaction. The friendly demeanor and hard work by Stef and Lucy made this experience notably positive. Given the experience, I would not hesitate to engage their services again in the future. Sally

Country Properties has sponsored our Clifton Farm Run which is raising money for All Saints School and Church. Jamie has been helpful and very efficient, the signboards look really good and incorporate our logo and information and are being brilliant at promoting our event. I would have no hesitation in recommending Country Properties as a local business which is supportive of the community. Kathy Blackmore

We’ve just completed our move with…

We’ve just completed our move with Country Properties, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team was brilliant in finding us the perfect home while securing a fantastic buyer for ours. The entire process ran so smoothly, thanks to their expertise and care. Jake, who initially valued our house, truly understood what we were looking for. Even though we viewed several properties, he always knew “the one” was coming to market and expertly timed our sale to align with it. Billie was excellent during negotiations, ensuring our sale price matched the purchase of our new home, her attention to detail really made a difference. Sasha was an absolute star when progressing the sale, keeping everything on track with clear communication and such a lovely, supportive approach throughout. We were also fortunate to have a great chain that worked collaboratively to make the process stress-free. Ken was fantastic in managing all negotiations around fixtures and fittings, helping us tweak things until everyone was happy. We’re so grateful for the exceptional service we received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Country Properties to anyone. A huge thank you to the whole team for helping us find and secure our dream renovation project.

We have recently bought our new build home in Meppershall via Country Properties Estate Agents. We mainly dealt with Lucy, who was totally professional throughout the whole process. She was very accommodating in arranging viewings and always answered our many queries and questions prior to exchange of contracts. We are loving our new home and would like to say a big thank you to the team, especially Lucy, and would highly recommend Country Properties in every respect.

We would strongly recommend country Properties Shefford. Steph and the shefford team were wonderful, always got back to us and relayed messages when we rang. The first house we put an offer on we lost just to a higher bid, However, Steph kept us in mind when a property came on the market that ticked all our boxes (and more!) and was within our budget. we were the first to view and put an offer in straight away that was excepted! We are really grateful to steph, she found us a beautiful 3 bed home in shefford.

Exceptional service every time

We recently used Country Properties to sell a property and they came up trumps again. Helpful and professional from start to finish, I really cannot praise them enough. Sasha went the extra mile to get the exchange through, we were up against a difficult deadline and it was looking precarious but she used her skills and expertise to manage the situation. Thank you!

I cannot give enough positive feedback regarding the amazing service I received from Debbie. From the moment I went for viewing to the moment I got the keys, she was always available to answer every question. Communication was superb! Also, I got a nice “welcome home” package waiting for me when I signed all the dotted lines. Thank you Debbie!

I have recently purchased my new home through Country Properties and cannot speak more highly of the team at the Shefford branch. Throughout the conveyancing process they were exceptionally proactive and responsive at every stage. Going above and beyond in following up at the other end of the chain on my sale side as well. I would like to say a special thank you to Steph with whom I dealt with in the main. Whether one is looking for that next home move in Shefford or the surrounding area, I would certainly recommend Country Properties. A huge thank you to Jamie and the team, from the beginning we were treated like we were their only customers! Nothing was too much trouble, the valuation was spot on, the viewings were conducted in a very safe way and the sale, although somewhat lengthy with a few bumps along the way, conducted in a professional but friendly way. We would definitely use Country Properties again and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of selling or buying Many thanks to all the team. Colin and Pat Roffey.
