We have been using Country Properties Hatfield to manage our rental property for many years. They have always been super helpful and guided us through various situations as and when they arose. Just recently we needed extra guidance with a bit of a tricky issue. We dealt with Shakeel in letting's. His professionalism, friendly manner, attention to detail and just his total understanding of how important getting this issue resolved was to us was so impressive. He was always so clear in his explanations, which in turn assured us. Shakeel we cannot thank you enough. Country Properties did an excellent job…

Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

I really can't recommend Country Properties enough, especially Jodie-Leigh! Living in Leicester and needing to move to London was always going to be a challenge as with full time jobs its impossible to drop everything and attend viewings mid week etc, and watching properties disappear off the market before we had a chance to see them was very anxiety provoking. However Jodie-Leigh was happy to hold a virtual viewing and once we'd decided we really liked a property was so flexible in finding a date and time that we could come and view the place in person. Throughout the referencing process she answered all of our questions really quickly and I just have faith that if anything goes wrong during our tenancy Country Properties will deal with it without any issues! Jodie helped us massively when we really liked a property from organising a viewing that day to also helping us secure the property by going the extra mile with the landlord. There was an issue during the referencing but this was not with them but with Homlet but this was swiftly corrected after realising there was a mistake. Jodie helped us throughout the entire process and ensured we could move in within a WEEK of viewing the property. Can't thank her enough for helping us secure a property we loved.

Dawn Murphy has been dealing with the management of our rental flats and we are very pleased with the service she has provided. We have had a problem with one of our flats where the tenants had not paid the rent for 18 months. Dawn has dealt with the tenants professionally and efficiently and, once we finally gained access to the flat, she has been unstinting in her efforts to return the flat to a good condition. Using her many contacts she has had the flat cleared out, cleaned and decorated and new carpet laid. The garden has also been tidied and the plants cut back. Due to her efficiency all this was done within a week. She has worked long and hard to alleviate our problem. And throughout all this she has been good humoured and friendly and we are very grateful to her.
