As a tenant I now and again have to contact her if I have a problem requiring her to send a plumber or electrician to my flat. She always responds instantly, and is helpful, professional and caring. She is empathetic, warm, and endlessly patient. It's a real pleasure to have her support.

These are the good guys! I had my mind set on a particular house during lockdown, 2 had been sold in old hatfield. I contacted both agents, said if they become available could they give me first offering. One with another agent came back up on rightmore, they ignored all my emails, never returned calls, when i submitted a rightmore enquiry they just emailed me details of the house i was desperately wanting to buy. i ended up knocking on the neighbours door to get the owners details. I viewed privately. He wanted to go through the agent still, i was really narked that they would get paid when they hadn't called me back (I'm stubborn). I then got a call from Country properties, the other one had come on the market, they wanted a quick sale, and i viewed and offered. I felt bad for the other owner but glad they weren't going to earn any commission from me. Lynda has been amazing. I recommended my friend use them and they have sold her house quickly and been equally as efficient. Covid19 has been an excuse for some companies to hide behind bad service but country properties really stepped up to the mark. Always answer the phones/emails etc. Would definitely use them if i sell..... but hoping its my forever home.

Having been a tenant in a property managed by Country Properties for nearly 5 years, I can say that generally they provide a hands-off, but attentive service. Allowing a rental property to feel like a home, without the intrusion of overbearing management. Upon our departure, Maddison in particular has been brilliant in co-ordinating viewings and has respected our needs for emptying and cleaning the property.

Renting a house with a pet can be quite a challenge but the rental team at Country made it very easy from the start! Jodie in particular was very accommodating, responding quickly and with clarity to all of my requests & enquiries. Throughout the process we were informed of all developments and charges. Quite often with letting agents you don't see them from key handover to contract renewal twelve months later. However Audrey, as our property manager, has been outstanding in quickly following up on a couple of technical issues, arranging contractors and even putting out our bins whilst we're away on holiday! We're very pleased with the quality of finish in the property delivered and the hands on approach to details in the garden, paint and carpets taken by Country Country Hatfield are a breath of quality customer care and professional pride in the often less than impressive world of home rental and we would happily rent with them again.

Moving to a new area and finding a place to rent can be a daunting experience, but Country Properties - especially Jodie, Audrey and Zoe - have been fantastic. It felt very much like they were keen to find the right property rather than just trying to put me in any old one. Unlike other agents I've used during my search, I didn't feel under any pressure from them either to rush a viewing or to make a decision. Jodie was brilliant at answering questions, and had fantastic knowledge of the properties she showed me around. I can't thank Linda, Zoe and the whole team at Country Properties, Hatfield, for making the daunting process of selling our house as easy as it possibly could be. We purchased our home through them 8 years ago and there was never any doubt when we decided to sell that we would go back to them. There wasn't ever a moment when I felt they weren't doing everything in their power to sell our home or keep sale proceedings moving forward. I think I probably spoke to Linda and Zoe more than my own wife during this time. The level of customer service after the sale had been agreed was faultless and this is where I believe companies like Purple Bricks fall down. My wife and I let our house through Country Properties in Hatfield for just over two years, and when the time came to sell we had received such an excellent and personal service that we chose them for the sale as well. The team in the office made every effort to ensure the management of the property and tenants was conducted with minimal fuss and maximum efficiency, and as a result the time we spent as landlords was entirely hassle-free; an experience I know is not common for those in the letting business. When it came to sell, the arrangements were again conducted smoothly and conveniently. With both of us away a lot of the time and rarely able to meet face-to-face or correspond regularly we were dependent on the initiative and proactive approach of the team at CP to push things along, which they did throughout the process.
