Recently used Country Properties to sell our house in Hatfield Garden Village. Perfect service, I could not ask for more. The two people we dealt with mainly are:
- Linda, regarding the agreement and actual sale. Always available for questions, very efficient and spot on with all suggestions of what to do, Great service.
- Charlie, great customer service, great personality with potential buyers.
Overall, i would recommend using them as friendly, efficient and just nice to deal with during a busy/hectic time.

Country Properties Hatfield made what is at the very least a stressful time for both sellers and buyers, a pleasant experience for the whole chain with their calm and professional handling of the process from start to finish. One potential buyer, in fact the couple who went on to purchase the property, actually commented when they viewed my property how impressed they were with them and that they wished they had used them to market their own property.
Country Properties updated me regularly on how things were progressing and kept me sane right up to completion of the sale.

Tim was the person in charge of my sale and did the valuation. The property was occupied by students and was quite a mess. He was quite unphased by this, suggested a realistic price and a sensible way of proceeding, namely advertising in North London, one viewing day and a closing date for 'best and final offer'. This provided least disruption for the students and promptest resolution for me. He steered the sale calmly through various subsequent difficulties and was always easy to get in touch with and cheerful and positive when I spoke to him. A great guy to do business with!
