Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

Why is it that agents everywhere it seems Don’t have any class/decorum A simple call to say properties have gone would go along way Low level people that don’t know how to deal with the public This company have lied to me twice With no response Is this normal for housing agents? Some CHARACTER building is needed in theses types of roles The lack of respect has pushed me to write a review on every encounter I have with these types of agents Very very poor customer service Just like most of them No stars!Reply - of course to u don’t have my name Your all so busy nobody cares Still experiencing a clone mentality in this field Lack the of care

Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!

I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.

What should have been a fairly simple Exchange had its moments and stress, however discussing the issues with Country Properties, especially Sasha, calmed the situation and gave us the cushion and expert knowledge that was needed to make this a better move! Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .

All of the staff have been exceptional from the initial valuation with Ken who was extremely efficient and believed in our property and achieving a great price for us. FacebookDespite the fact that we put our house on the market at a relatively quiet time, Country Properties listed it at the price we wanted and then pulled out all the stops to get people through the door. There was a constant stream of viewers and within two weeks we had sold. We also bought our next property through them and they were extremely helpful with securing that for us. When we approached the exchange of contracts and all parties wanted different things, Sonia and Kerry were great at making sure everything progressed in the right direction and that everyone remained happy. We also used their solicitors who were fantastic throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates without us even asking for them and dealing with issues super fast. I would most definitely highly recommend Country Properties and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.
