I would highly recommend Country Properties Baldock, Michelle, Irma and the team, are professional and helpful. All viewings were communicated and managed professionally, and follow up feedback was always communicated promptly via a phone call or email. The whole process of selling and buying a property can be very stressful and frustrating, and we had a particularly difficult time. Michelle and Irma supported us during the process, by chasing other parties involved including solicitors and buyers to keep the process on track and to keep all lines of communication going. Their experience and expertise made a difference. A big thank you to Country Properties Baldock.

I cannot speak highly enough of the team at the Baldock Office. It is said that a house sale is one of the most stressful times but the team at Baldock helped to make this process simple and stress free. Always professional and always there to answer any question relating to the sale. One of the best comments I can make is that they price their houses competitively thus not leaving you with too high an expectation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Country Properties Baldock to friends and family.

We went through a particularly difficult and stressful process, but throughout it all Irma was outstanding. She kept everything moving when things could quite easily have fallen apart and, honestly, without her I’m convinced the deal would have collapsed. What really stood out was how on top of everything she was at all times. Communication was excellent throughout, and she worked incredibly hard to keep all the different stakeholders aligned and informed, even when tensions were running high. She handled the situation with real professionalism and calmness, which made a huge difference. You could probably find someone slightly cheaper, but in our experience you really do get what you pay for. The service was worth every penny. They went above and beyond for us and exceeded our expectations by quite a margin. I genuinely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We had a great experience with Country Properties in Baldock. Irma and Michelle were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We ran into a few issues around contract exchange, but they worked hard to get everything back on track quickly and clearly. We also experienced delays with our buyer, which could have been very stressful, but Irma and Michelle remained professional, supportive, and proactive the entire time. First class service provided, and no hesitation in recommending them to other home owners. My initial contact was with Matthew, who met me at the house with an excellent research document - market appraisal - on where this property fitted in Baldock. He was keen for the work, and advised it should gender a lot of interest, as there were few similar properties in the town. His advice was taken on how to best present the home to prospective purchasers. Once appointed, he moved swiftly to bring the house to the market. There was lots of interest, several offers made, and a sale subject to contract agreed within a week. I am pleased to confirm this single agreed sale has progressed to a satisfactory completion. The sales team has been led by Irma their experienced Director, who took a personal interest, and provided good guidance to me throughout the sale process, and skillfully dealt with all the queries and any concerns the purchasers had. Whenever Irma was not available, Michelle would step in to cover, and vice versa. Their ability to cover the week-ends for viewings was instrumental in meeting the buyer's needs. I live some 70 miles away, and was remotely selling a relative's home. This was no impediment to the sale of the house.

It was with trepidation that I chose country properties as I didn't have the best experience a few years ago. I felt that I could not work with the other agent in Baldock so I went with country properties again. I can confirm that my experience this time was faultless. I have recently completed a house purchase with Country Properties and received excellent customer service. Christian showed me round the property. He was both friendly and knowledgeable and made some helpful suggestions about changes that could be made to the property. Michelle was then my point of contact when I decided to purchase the property. Michelle is very personable and happy to help and on a number of occasions when I asked to see the property again, both Michelle and Christian were happy to oblige. Michelle also helped me out greatly when there were delays, providing reassurance to the vendor. Her recommendation of a conveyancing solicitor was also spot on. Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Country Properties in Baldock for their handling of the sale of our house. Matthew visited us and gave us great advice as to the likely selling price and he was spot on! He also took lots of great photos for our brochure. The property was listed on their 'forthcoming properties' website (great idea) and we immediately had three viewings. The third viewing submitted an offer which was accepted. The following day our property was listed on Rightmove - so technically it sold in minus one day! The sale involved very challenging timescales and there were a number of issues to solve before exchange of contracts. Irma worked tirelessly throughout liaising almost daily with three conveyancers and keeping us up to date on developments. The Team in Baldock including Michelle also worked hard to get the ball 'over the line'. We had exceptional service from Irma and her team and can highly recommend them.
