Communication was excellent throughout the whole process, with regular updates that kept me informed at every stage and made what can be a stressful experience feel completely manageable. They were always quick to respond to questions, proactive in keeping things moving, and genuinely lovely to deal with. James, in particular, was a fantastic point of contact, always proactive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even when the things got a bit complicated, the team stayed on top of everything and kept the communication clear. If you’re looking for an agency that is professional and actually moves things along, I’d highly recommend James and the Stotfold office.

GoogleWe had a good experience from Lucy and the team at stotfold branch. We got a few valuations from various estate agents locally but decided to go with country properties as some additional services offered were included in the price, there was less of the sales speil, plus Lucy's commitment and openness on getting our proposed guide price, which she did, so we picked wisely! Lucy and team kept us up to date with events in the chain, and I could see that she was trying to align everything together as that's probably the most chaotic thing to do during these exchanges. All in all, great service!

GoogleI have recently bought a little 2 bedroom Cottage in Stotfold Country Properties had it on the Market and James was the agent representing CP The experience was first class, James also recommend a survey and solicitor who were equally as good Throughout the process James and the staff all kept me up to date with how things were progressing. I made a few additional trips to the house I was unsure about a few things before completing and there was always someone on hand to meet me there Since renovations have started I have called James to get advice on things I should maybe do or NOT do, so they do offer excellent aftercare too I am hoping to look for another purchase soon and I will be going back to Country Properties before looking with any other agents Smooth, swift and very professional across the board Thanks Guys 😁 Chris Standen Just Vape and Juices

GoogleJames and Lucy at Country Properties, Stotfold did a great job for us. House sales aren't always straight forward and our first buyer unfortunately pulled out. James was straight back onto it and secured a new buyer very quickly. We were kept informaed at all times and the team were friendly and helpful. Any questions either we or our buyers had were followed up very promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

They handled everything with professionalism and determination, always keeping me informed and reassured. Despite the complexities (which had nothing to do with Country Properties), Lucy and Jamie went above and beyond to keep things moving. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt like they genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. GoogleWe recently bought our house via Country Properties Stotfold and we had a fantastic experience with them. Our estate agent James was so helpful and communicative, keeping up good contact with us and answering all our many questions. He gave lots of very solid advice, and kindly accompanied us on numerous visits to the property and arranged tradesmen visits too as there was a lot of work to be done. We experienced nothing but efficiency and courteous manners from Country Properties, and would highly recommend them. Should the time come for us to move on and sell our home, we will definitely be seeking them out again.

We always managed to get through to someone if/when we had questions, were given feedback after viewings and were always kept updated throughout the selling process. Heather estimated a selling timeframe of between 2 and 6 weeks when we first met her, and our home was sold 3 weeks later! A huge thank you to all at Country Properties Stotfold; the level of service we received really was second to none. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

GoogleWe found the entire team extremely, helpful, patient and supportive, during our house move. They always returned our calls, and were very happy to take us to the property we were buying, on many occasions. On the day of our move Natalie was at the property to greet us, as she had been arranging the removal of the furniture, due to our seller's unique situation. We didn't feel rushed at all and were very grateful for their visit. We would certainly recommend the team to our family and friends in the future.
