Why is it that agents everywhere it seems Don’t have any class/decorum A simple call to say properties have gone would go along way Low level people that don’t know how to deal with the public This company have lied to me twice With no response Is this normal for housing agents? Some CHARACTER building is needed in theses types of roles The lack of respect has pushed me to write a review on every encounter I have with these types of agents Very very poor customer service Just like most of them No stars!Reply - of course to u don’t have my name Your all so busy nobody cares Still experiencing a clone mentality in this field Lack the of care

Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!

I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.

GoogleAfter speaking with a number of local agents in Langford, we decided to appoint Country Properties in Stotfold, not only were they friendly and professional but they also demonstrated the ability to value our property far more accurately and with an open mind. They worked hard to secure a sale in very good time and their input to closing the process and achieving contract exchange was fantastic. They’re a great team and would highly recommend them to anybody thinking of moving in the area.

What should have been a fairly simple Exchange had its moments and stress, however discussing the issues with Country Properties, especially Sasha, calmed the situation and gave us the cushion and expert knowledge that was needed to make this a better move! Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .

All of the staff have been exceptional from the initial valuation with Ken who was extremely efficient and believed in our property and achieving a great price for us. Sasha and Billie were also excellent in the office and always willing to help and kept us constantly updated with our progress. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleOne of the most proactive agencies in the area. Heather and the team showed us an eye watering amount of properties and nothing was ever too much for them. They always ensured we were contacted before anything came to the market to give us a heads up which is brill for both buyers and sellers. Everyone in the office is really friendly and happy to go the extra mile to help. A real cut above many other local agencies in the way they do business. Thoroughly recommend and we can't thank you all enough!

If I could give more stars I would. Thoroughly deserve more. A long drawn out house purchase due to solicitors etc but Sasha has been exceptional.
