She is the embodiment of the care and support that the whole Ampthill branch has. It’s always about getting the right outcome for all.

My experience with the Letting Side of CP Ampthill was unfortunately less than satisfactory. While there were moments of professionalism and helpfulness, the overall service from the management team was significantly impacted by very poor communication and a general lack of competence. GoogleCountry Properties in Ampthill have been fantastic at selling our house. Specifically Jake and Sasha were amazing. Firstly Jake took incredible unaltered photos (including drone shots) that really showed the sellers what they wanted to see. He was brilliant during the negotiations keeping both the buyer and sellers happy and on track. Sasha was Wonder Woman!!! We had all kinds of issues during the legal process (no ones fault) and Sasha kept the whole, long, chain motivated and informed. I am convinced she stopped the chain from collapsing. She really managed all the solicitors as well. Her communication skills were outstanding and a critical reason why I would recommend country properties. You don't realise how important this administrative skill is until you need it. They are excellent at this. On top of all of that Jake's local knowledge was invaluable. I would definitely recommend Country Properties above all else.

Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.
