So nice to deal with from the beginning of our house buying journey till the very end (and what a journey it turned out to be!! (Stressful due to the sellers side) Sasha, at country properties Ampthill, was always front and centre with any queries or questions that needed attention. I feel personally she went over and above for us, making sure that things that needed sorting got sorted. I would happily refer any friends or family looking in the area directly to their branch. Great communication, professional service, with a friendly touch. Lastly, thanks again, Sasha and all the team at Country Properties estate agents Ampthill, for the housewarming gifts that we received on completion day. What a fantastic team at Ampthill…

What a fantastic team at Ampthill Country properties. We have had such a great experience selling our house with them. Ken was brilliant when he came out to value our house and take pictures and he got it on the market super quick. Lynne was great and so helpful. Billie was always friendly and did every she could to help. What can I say about Sasha just wow!! she really did go above and beyond!!! She did absolutely everything she could to make it as smooth as possible for us and was constant with her updates. Her kindness and professionalism is on another level. We can not thank her enough. We bought our home through Country Properties and found that they were flawless throughout the purchase process. We were part of a fairly complicated chain, which had the potential to be extremely stressful, however Sasha and her team were excellent. Sasha was super on the ball, kept us well informed of the process at every stage and was extremely knowledgeable whenever we had a question. The team were extremely friendly and we got to know them quite well through the process. I would like to thank the staff at Country Properties in Ampthill, especially Sasha. When our new home came available, we made our interest known and Country Properties did everything they could to get us the keys. Even though we weren't selling through Country Properties, Sasha was always willing to offer advice and go the extra mile to make sure the entire chain, other estate agents and solicitors knew where we were and what we needed to do to get this completed. I felt like Country Properties actually cared for us as a family and not a customer.
