At every single touch point they made the entire experience as easy as possible. We had found our perfect home prior to putting our house on the market and the team made every effort to make our sale happen. I have to give Lynne a big shout out for all the effort she went to in getting our home sold in the time she did. Lynn called me after every viewing with feedback and without her, we absolutely wouldn't be sat in our new home.
Sasha is such a delight to deal with - she made every aspect seem top priority and I was never made to feel that anything was too much trouble. She went absolutely above and beyond...even when it got to daily phone calls for the last few weeks of the sale!

FacebookI didn't pop into Country Properties to look for a property, I'd require a lotto win for that. I popped in as I actually needed a label printing off to return a parcel. The Post Office in Ampthill doesn't have a printer, who knew? But that's another story. I have a friend who works in there, the lovely Amy Weaver, but she was on leave, cheeky, but I met the wonderful Sasha Humphrey who was more than happy to assist me with my predicament. Label printed, she even gave me some sellotape to stick it on. So thank you Sasha. You're a very kind, helpful and generally lovely lady.
