The team at Country Properties have been exemplary throughout the whole selling and buying process and we would thoroughly recommend using them if you are looking for an estate agent in the Ampthill area.We must also mention that Sasha is an absolute credit to the team. The whole process has been very drawn out (some 9 months) and stressful but due to Sasha’s professionalism and experience in sales progressing we got there in the end. GoogleI highly recommend this estate agent. I viewed 3 properties on a Saturday back in September in the Barton Le Clay area with Lynne , her knowledge of the properties and local area was amazing. She also went out of her way to lead us to the local nature reserve so we could have a walk and take in the beauty of the local area. A complete breath of fresh air compared to some of the other estate agents I had been talking to. This set the tone for my whole experience with the team at Country Properties. Within the team I also worked with Sasha and Billie, both of who are lovely to work with, extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. GoogleWe had a competitive but sensible valuation. The house was placed on the market and on Rightmove speedily and efficiently. The agents did all the viewings and it sold quickly. Unfortunately the first sale fell through but Country Properties reacted swiftly to get it back on the market. Sasha was in charge of the sales and was very responsive and organised. She pushed all parties involved to get the 2nd sale completed and exchanged in a timely manner. I would happily use CP again.

GoogleFantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months.

GoogleI'm so glad that I chose Country Properties to sell my house as all the team are great! They are always friendly, helpful and 'on the ball' and I felt my house was in safe hands even though it was unoccupied. I was happy with Jake's valuation and the way the team worked and consulted me at every step. There were a couple of hiccups during the process with previously definite buyers dropping out through changing circumstances or minds, but Sasha made it bearable with her excellent communication and intervention. It would have been at least ten times more stressful without her managing the sale!

GoogleWe are so glad we chose Country Properties to market our property. Jake came to view our home and he was extremely professional and we could tell immediately he knew the local market very well. He gave us the highest valuation, believing in its value even though the property is unique and difficult to value, the price was much higher than other valuations and we achieved the asking price!
After an offer was accepted I have to say the rest of the team, Sasha, Billie and Ken were also very professional, friendly and always made you feel nothing was too much trouble! Sasha led the negotiations throughout the process from this point and I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is so dedicated and very skilled at her job!! Our property as well as being unique also has some tricky hurdles to deal with, one very big issue which held our exchange of contracts up to the very last minute. Sasha faced the issue head on and got things done in the nick of time. If she had not used her persuasive and very professional skills our sale could have fallen through. Sasha achieved an incredible feat that day and we are now looking forward to our completion day very soon!
I would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone, the whole team work seamlessly together and all go the extra mile to get things done!
