Having sold our house last year and been unsuccessful in finding anything we tried again earlier this year and had our reservations. We were delighted to come into contact with the team in Ampthill. Firstly, Ken was extremely professional in showing us around the property and dealt with our queries quickly. Our next interaction was with Sasha who dealt with us from offer all the way through to exchange and completion. She’s absolutely brilliant. Extremely professional, and polite but also fair and sensible so far as negotiation goes. She also made the effort to chase all the way down our chain and obtain real updates for us, without her I’m not sure we’d have seen the deal exchange at all! We cannot recommend Country Properties highly enough, particularly the Ampthill branch. They supported us over every hurdle selling a house can sometimes throw at you. Their professionalism and knowledge is second to none. They genuinely care. We were given an honest and professional evaluation by Ken at the start of the process, what Ken doesn't know about the local market isn't worth knowing and Sasha was an absolute superstar and pro at managing our sale, we can't thank her enough for her suppor. Bad experience .

Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .

Yet again country properties Ampthill ha eh helped me purchase another property Over the years I’ve bought 4 properties and sold 2 with this firm with no issues. This latest one was for my mother during the Coronavirus crisis. As usual there has been great communication and service. Big thanks to Sasha who has taken the stress out of this move. She has given thought and sympathy to my elderly mother unlike the estate agents we used to sell her previous property in address in a different location!
