GoogleEverything sorted so quickly. Sasha went about her business excellently. So helpful and always with cheer. A really excellent team. I would like to add, they also put me in touch with local tradesmen and the plumbers, Lee and Matt did an amazing job. Thumbs up all round.

GoogleWe recently purchased our first home with the help and support from Country Properties. They were absolutely amazing from the minute of our first viewing right through to the day of completion. Nothing was too much of an ask and they offered so much support throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend this agent, and we couldn’t have done it without Sasha, Jake, and the entire team. Thank you so so much again! - Molly & Jamie

GoogleThe Ampthill team sold our house for which they did a great job. The sales brochure looked really good and the team were active in moving the purchase through the process. They kept us informed as it progressed. A speedy, in housing terms, trouble free sale within 9 weeks. I cannot recommend them enough.

FacebookYet again country properties Ampthill ha eh helped me purchase another property Over the years I’ve bought 4 properties and sold 2 with this firm with no issues. This latest one was for my mother during the Coronavirus crisis. As usual there has been great communication and service. Big thanks to Sasha who has taken the stress out of this move. She has given thought and sympathy to my elderly mother unlike the estate agents we used to sell her previous property in address in a different location! Thanks to the team and thanks to the boss who obviously influences the culture of the business! Not all estate agents are this good.

GoogleAfter a detailed conversation with Sasha Humphrey who provided full information on the best service they could offer on my circumstances, a short while later I was greeted at my property by Ken Ravey who provided a highly comprehensive catalogue of knowledge and in a fair timescale took details of room sizes and photos of the property. We have since completed the sale and I am happy to say I would fully recommend Country Properties to sell your home. Thank you for your time and effort.

FacebookSasha at Country Propeties Ampthill could not have been more helpful with our purchase - even in the middle of COVID chaos. She was always available (by phone, email and WhatsApp) and guided us through the process...always with a smile. We can’t thank her enough 😀

GoogleI sold my property with Country Properties, and then later bought a property through them - both were extremely complicated and difficult transactions, but that had nothing to do with Country Properties - they kept me calm (ish) throughout! They were so helpful and took the pressure off me throughout! Sasha is an absolute asset, she was simply amazing! Would definitely recommend them!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

FacebookWe sold our house through Country Properties & have received 5 star service from all the team, especially Sarah McCarthy who has gone the extra mile at every step to ensure we had a stress-free sale (as much as possible in the house selling game!) We have used other Estate Agents to sell in the past and I can honestly say Country Properties definitely beat them hands down with service from start to finish. We chose them as we purchased through them last time & found they pretty much did the job of our employed Agent for them! Thank you

TrustpilotBest Estate Agents in Ampthill
The best estate agents to use in Ampthill. We’ve used other estate agents in the town previously & County Properties is by far the best. A friendly team, always available to answer questions & great communication throughout the buying & selling process.

TrustpilotTime to buy
I purchased my property through country properties and from the first viewing until completion they were really on the ball, pushing solicitors to do their thing. They communicated well with me the buyer so that knew what was happening at different stages. I enjoy the whole process of moving but even then it can at times be stressful but country properties were good at distressing. I would use them to sell my property but not for many years yet.

GoogleWe had a fairly lengthy and at times challenging first time buying experience due to issues outside of Country Properties control. However, throughout the process both Ken and Sasha have been wonderful. They have kept us up to date, provided really helpful advice and encouraged us to keep going. They are both incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, I would strongly recommend choosing Country Properties when buying or selling.
