GoogleHaving been a tenant in a property managed by Country Properties for nearly 5 years, I can say that generally they provide a hands-off, but attentive service. Allowing a rental property to feel like a home, without the intrusion of overbearing management. Upon our departure, Maddison in particular has been brilliant in co-ordinating viewings and has respected our needs for emptying and cleaning the property.

GoogleWe had a really great experience working with Maddison throughout the whole process. Communication was always quick and clear, and she was consistently helpful and understanding. Unlike many others we’ve dealt with before, she didn’t chase us unnecessarily for information, which made everything feel much more relaxed and professional. Maddison was friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with at every stage. Overall, a very smooth and positive experience, we would definitely recommend her.

GoogleI’ve had a great experience with Country Properties throughout my house purchase. James, in particular, was a fantastic point of contact, always proactive and easy to deal with from start to finish. Even when the things got a bit complicated, the team stayed on top of everything and kept the communication clear. If you’re looking for an agency that is professional and actually moves things along, I’d highly recommend James and the Stotfold office.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Country Properties firstly with Ken giving very good marketing and pricing advice and then with Sasha progressing the sale. We honestly think if it wasn't for Sasha, pursuing a conveyancer at the bottom of the chain, the whole chain would have fallen through. It was a pleasure dealing with a local company who know the local market.

They were extremely helpful and professional and went above and beyond to get the chain moving even though it wasn't even their property holding up the chain. Sasha was amazing getting the chain talking and acting if it wasn't for her the chain would have collapsed for sure.
