GoogleWe had a great experience with Country Properties in Baldock. Irma and Michelle were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We ran into a few issues around contract exchange, but they worked hard to get everything back on track quickly and clearly. We also experienced delays with our buyer, which could have been very stressful, but Irma and Michelle remained professional, supportive, and proactive the entire time. Their communication and reassurance made a real difference, and we always felt looked after. Highly recommend the Baldock team, especially Irma and Michelle.

GoogleIt was with trepidation that I chose country properties as I didn't have the best experience a few years ago. I felt that I could not work with the other agent in Baldock so I went with country properties again. I can confirm that my experience this time was faultless. Very polite and helpful and I felt this time they were really working hard for me. It took a lot of work but they got us over the line. I felt they really earned their money. I would reccomend them and would use them again.

Laura has been absolutely fantastic dealt with me all the way through right up until my final day of moving in. Always there for any concerns with quick responses, communication was excellent. GoogleCountry Properties in Ampthill have been fantastic at selling our house. Specifically Jake and Sasha were amazing. Firstly Jake took incredible unaltered photos (including drone shots) that really showed the sellers what they wanted to see. He was brilliant during the negotiations keeping both the buyer and sellers happy and on track. Sasha was Wonder Woman!!! We had all kinds of issues during the legal process (no ones fault) and Sasha kept the whole, long, chain motivated and informed. I am convinced she stopped the chain from collapsing. She really managed all the solicitors as well. Her communication skills were outstanding and a critical reason why I would recommend country properties. You don't realise how important this administrative skill is until you need it. They are excellent at this. On top of all of that Jake's local knowledge was invaluable. I would definitely recommend Country Properties above all else.

GoogleGreat service overall . Sasha who coordinates sales chasing has a wealth of knowledge a common sense approach. She basically gets things done in an upbeat , friendly and efficient way. There were major challenges when the chain broke down and alternative solutions were needed. Sasha remained positive and didn't give up. The solicitors seemed to respect and listen to her . In short ...this transaction would not have completed without Sashes involvement . Well done Sasha and Country Properties

James was straight back onto it and secured a new buyer very quickly. We were kept informaed at all times and the team were friendly and helpful. Any questions either we or our buyers had were followed up very promptly. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleFirst class service provided, and no hesitation in recommending them to other home owners. My initial contact was with Matthew, who met me at the house with an excellent research document - market appraisal - on where this property fitted in Baldock. He was keen for the work, and advised it should gender a lot of interest, as there were few similar properties in the town. His advice was taken on how to best present the home to prospective purchasers. Once appointed, he moved swiftly to bring the house to the market. There was lots of interest, several offers made, and a sale subject to contract agreed within a week. I am pleased to confirm this single agreed sale has progressed to a satisfactory completion. The sales team has been led by Irma their experienced Director, who took a personal interest, and provided good guidance to me throughout the sale process, and skillfully dealt with all the queries and any concerns the purchasers had. Whenever Irma was not available, Michelle would step in to cover, and vice versa. Their ability to cover the week-ends for viewings was instrumental in meeting the buyer's needs. I live some 70 miles away, and was remotely selling a relative's home. This was no impediment to the sale of the house.
