Must say that Country Properties Baldock I found to be an estate agent that guided me through the process of selling making me feel that they were there to give good advice and very professional in their dealings. Buying our first home was exciting but definitely stressful at times, especially because there were some annoying delays on the seller’s side with the paperwork. Through all of that, Phil was an absolute star. What I really appreciated about Phil was how responsive he was. Whether it was an email or a phone call, he always got back to us quickly and kept us updated without us having to chase. If we asked for something, he made sure to follow up by the time he promised. That level of communication really helped ease the stress for us. Overall, even though the process had its bumps, Phil made a huge difference. We had a good experience from Lucy and the team at stotfold branch. We got a few valuations from various estate agents locally but decided to go with country properties as some additional services offered were included in the price, there was less of the sales speil, plus Lucy's commitment and openness on getting our proposed guide price, which she did, so we picked wisely! Lucy and team kept us up to date with events in the chain, and I could see that she was trying to align everything together as that's probably the most chaotic thing to do during these exchanges. All in all, great service!
