GoogleBuying our first home was exciting but definitely stressful at times, especially because there were some annoying delays on the seller’s side with the paperwork. Through all of that, Phil was an absolute star.
What I really appreciated about Phil was how responsive he was. Whether it was an email or a phone call, he always got back to us quickly and kept us updated without us having to chase. If we asked for something, he made sure to follow up by the time he promised. That level of communication really helped ease the stress for us.
Overall, even though the process had its bumps, Phil made a huge difference. We’re really grateful for his support and would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and proactive agent.

GoogleWhere do I start? I cannot praise Country Properties enough!
As a first-time buyer, I began my search in August, found my property in September, and completed just in time for Christmas! While I know this isn’t always the case, it was made possible thanks to the incredible team and Phil at Country Properties.
The whole process was seamless. As a first-time buyer, I didn’t know what to expect, but the communication was fantastic. My friends kept asking if I was feeling stressed, and my honest reply was, “Not really... because I have Phil, haha!”
From start to finish, the team provided regular updates and genuine support. I truly felt that Phil and the team were rooting for me and the sellers to have a smooth experience.
At the beginning of my journey, Jackie was brilliant during the property viewing, pointing out features and considerations I hadn’t even thought of. Later, the team went above and beyond, special thanks to Carol, who kindly picked up some paperwork for me on her day off!
Not only did I end up with a beautiful property, but I feel like I made some friends along the way. I will always highly recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We were with another estate agent for a few months with no sale and then moved to Country Properties. Within weeks, our house was sold!
They kept us up to date with everything and always picked up the phone when we had questions.
As we moved back to Leicester before the sale completed, they made sure the house was okay by doing regular check ups (especially with the recent rainfall in Flitwick!) and making sure the house was fine for everyone’s pieces of mind.
They truly went above and beyond and we couldn’t thank them enough.
