we recently used Country Properties and we were so pleased with the service. Whilst we were selling our property Phil was great and kept us updated on viewings and feedback, good or bad. Once we had sold we had a difficult purchase, again Phil kept us up to date with any news he had and sometimes it wasn't nice news. Once we were sold and had purchased our new property Duane took over the after sale and he was outstanding, always on the phone to us or chasing our solicitor on our behalf. He was so helpful and really did help push the sale over the line, without him it would have taken a lot longer. I cant thank Country properties enough, from the staff who showed us around the properties to the office staff, Christine, being so friendly and helpful. Well done Duane you have built a great team. Thank you all.

I always think it’s easy to write a good review when things go well. However, I believe it’s more meaningful and informative when things don’t go quite as well. Our transaction took 8 months to complete, so I feel well qualified to write this review. In short, Country Properties, Flitwick have surpassed even the highest standards and proved themselves to be a class leading estate agency. While our transaction threw up some surprising issues, Country Properties supported us at every step. They not only went beyond expectations to keep our purchase transaction together, but also kept our buyers informed at regular intervals to ensure the chain remained strong. Their experience in the local area doesn’t stop with property knowledge; they are also able to propose a choice of other specialist firms to work with from financing, conveyancing, surveyors and removals. Each of the firms we selected were excellent. To summarise, although the thought of our 8 month transaction may sound horrific, I honestly did not feel stressed at any stage - that is the level of trust and confidence we had in Duane and his team.

Country Properties were very helpful, professional and on time from the start. The photos and details were very good and we sold very quickly. The after sales service was excellent as you need to know what’s happening as the sale progresses so that you can plan removals etc. Not all agents are the same but country properties were pro active. Phil went the extra mile towards the end of the exchange and completion. All the staff were helpful and professional and I would highly recommend them. Thank you, moving on the 17/12 is not ideal but great to be in before Xmas.

In what felt like we were getting nowhere with solicitors, then we put a call into Steve at county properties. Who helped move things along with both the vendor and our solicitors. This support happened on several occasions. Especially after a month of inaction by the vendor. Towards the end he closed down the gaps and we are finally in.
