We bought a house listed by Country Properties in Flitwick and we were so greatly impressed by the standard of service and the attention to detail shown by the team. Our viewings were facilitated by Susan, and the transaction was taken forward by Stephen and Duane. Outstanding people and happy that the transaction was followed through up to completion.

This was our first time using Country Properties Flitwick, Lettings Department. As new landlords this has been a great experience. Clear communication & information with regular up-dates from the team. Professional Rightmove listing with excellent photographs. We are really pleased with the great tenants they have found, who have moved in today.

Second time I have used Country Properties, Flitwick to sell a house and yet again could not fault the service. From valuation right through to completion their professional - but very friendly service - is excellent ! And even though this sale was not without it ups and downs due partly to covid they kept me updated throughout! Thanks Duane, Phil and the rest of the team for all your help 😊

Phil Brown at country properties was my estate agent and he's been excellent from start to finish. I'm so grateful to Country Properties for their hands on approach. As a first time buyer it's daunting but Phil's friendly, informative approach has been fantastic and so reliable (especially when I couldn't get hold of my solicitor). Thanks so much Phil for helping me secure my first home!!

Star Sasha

5 Stars!! So so helpful. Sold my house with Country properties at a time when house prices were dropping and less people were buying. They kept me informed and made the viewings of the property very straight forward. Jake explained everything clearly and didn't mind answering all my questions. Sasha was amazing. Always aware of what was happening, pushing things along and providing updates at appropriate times. Thank you so much, I am very grateful.

Highly recommend Phil and the team at country properties Flitwick. They have been professional and so helpful in selling and finding a new home which due to Covid has been very turbulent. With their support it has ended up with the beginning of a purchase of a lovely home.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Phil in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when purchasing my first home. I could ring the office at any time and knew the team at country properties would do everything they could to assist. The team listened to me and took the time to help with issues I was having with my solicitors and allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted. I Cannot fault Country properties and will recommend them to everyone.

A big thank you to Phil and Joel and all the team. Selling our late mother's house from a distance of 150 miles away was challenging. Phil helped and supported us the whole way through to completion. Communcations were excellent at all times and went above and beyond what we expected. Everyone we spoke to at the agency was polite, efficient and just downright nice. It was a much better experience than we had anticipated and we would not hesitate to recommend this agency. Perhaps you could open a branch or two in Sussex!

Sasha is great

I recently bought a house which country properties represented. The main person worth calling out that made a difference to the sale was Sasha. Sasha was meticulous and driven and always working towards the common goal.
