TrustpilotCountry Properties Hitchin Lettings Excellent
Country Properties Hitchin LettingsAll of the lettings team have been excellent in helping me secure the property I really wanted. Jo and Pam went way above and beyond what was required . They kept me up to date with everything and liaised with the owners to ensure the deal was done. Without their patience and understanding I would have been disappointed ! Thank you Ladies ...Thank you Country Properties

GoogleWe have just exchanged on a property marketed by Country Properties. From Stephen’s initial valuation to date we have found them informative, responsive, helpful and thoroughly professional. We couldn’t be happier, it has been smooth sailing from start to finish. In todays difficult market conditions we were delighted to receive a realistic offer, achieving the expected valuation within a short time of putting the property on the market. Thank you to the whole team - it has been a brilliant experience!
Thank you so much for your kind words Valerie, we're so pleased that you've been happy with the whole experience and service provided, it has been an absolute pleasure to assist you with the sale. Very best wishes, Stephen and the Flitwick team.

GoogleHaving sold many houses over the years, I have to say that Duane and his Flitwick team are head and shoulders above all their competition. From the initial engagement and valuation with Phil through the viewings and the final completion the team have been exemplary. Polite, courteous and professional in every aspect and in this case going above and beyond their responsibilities . When a family member who is a legal conveyancer states how lucky you are to have selected such a professional company who clearly understand the process and strive for excellence on behalf of their customers you know you're on to a good thing!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

FacebookMany thanks to Duane, Joel and all the team at Flitwick that have been so helpful during the sale of our house. It has been an extremely hard time to manage viewings etc... but they have communicated with us all the way through and have been extremely professional. Thanks again.
Thank you so much for your comments Lawrence, we hope that you're now settling happily in your home. All the best, the Flitwick team.

TrustpilotBad experience .
Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .

GoogleWe completed the sale of our late fathers house last month. This was the second time our family used Country Properties. Phil was fantastic throughout and in his abscence the rest of the team at the Flitwick branch were always helpful and professional. We were kept informed every step of the journey which was so helpful given the current situation. We would not hesitate to recommend Country Properties or use them again. Although I was not buying or selling with Country Properties without Sasha’s help in the chain we would not have been able to progress with all the sales in the chain. She went above and beyond - outstanding customer service.

All of the staff have been exceptional from the initial valuation with Ken who was extremely efficient and believed in our property and achieving a great price for us. GoogleFriendly staff from the start. Steve explained everything clearly to us and Joel made viewings stress free. Both gentlemen were always friendly and helpful throughout the process. Once a buyer was found we dealt with Phil. To say he worked hard is an understatement. Through all the twists and turns he made sure every outcome was right for everyone involved. and took stress from us where needed. Thank you to the whole CP team for all their hard work in helping us both buy our new home and sell our old one.

GoogleCountry Properties are absolutely fantastic they are professional and keep in regular contact throughout your purchase from start to completion. I was abroad in the days leading up to completion and they still called me on numerous occasions to keep me in the loop. I only really dealt with Phil with my purchase he is 100% professional and genuinely loves his job. I have little to compare to as the agent I used to sell my house their service was beyond disgusting and totally unprofessional. I would recommend Country Properties all day long. Will recommend to anyone and definitely never use a different agent if I ever decide to move again.

GoogleCountry properties helped us to buy our first home. As first time buyers Phil supported us and advised us through the whole process. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
Thanks so much for your kind words and recommendation Andrew, it's always a pleasure to help first time buyers onto the property ladder. We hope you're both enjoying settling into your lovely new home. All the best, Phil and the Flitwick team.

GoogleI have used Country Properties in Flitwick 3 times now for house sales/purchases and every time the process has gone smoothly and to plan (even the most recent time amidst the added difficulties of a global pandemic). They are always responsive and keep us in the loop - particularly Duane - and on both house sale processes they found us a buyer at the right price in under a month. Thanks guys!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

FacebookTowards the end of last year I sold my recently deceased Parents house through Country Properties, after having had an absolute crap experience with Tepilo the online estate agency. From the start Glenn and the team were excellent, fully supportive and very approachable and everything moved at my pace. I was kept fully informed throughout the selling process and everything went so smoothly. I cannot fault them whatsoever.. My property had a buyer interested within days and sold within a few weeks thanks to Glenn. I would 100% recommend Country Properties to anyone selling their property, a true, honest, professional and friendly customer orientated Estate Agent !!! Thank you Glenn and the team so very much !!

GoogleCouldn’t recommend country properties more. As first time buyers we didn’t fully understand what was going on at times. There was always someone there to explain the process and always kept us up to date with what would happen next. Sometimes just a phone call helped put as at ease and we were always well informed. Thank you so much.
