No decorum/class But all I wanted was decent customer service!

Why is it that agents everywhere it seems Don’t have any class/decorum A simple call to say properties have gone would go along way Low level people that don’t know how to deal with the public This company have lied to me twice With no response Is this normal for housing agents? Some CHARACTER building is needed in theses types of roles The lack of respect has pushed me to write a review on every encounter I have with these types of agents Very very poor customer service Just like most of them No stars!Reply - of course to u don’t have my name Your all so busy nobody cares Still experiencing a clone mentality in this field Lack the of care

Due to Covid-19, not everything went completely to plan, but at all times the whole team was professional, helpful, and responsive. If you are letting or selling property in the Flitwick area, I would not hesitate to use them.

I always think it’s easy to write a good review when things go well. However, I believe it’s more meaningful and informative when things don’t go quite as well. Our transaction took 8 months to complete, so I feel well qualified to write this review. In short, Country Properties, Flitwick have surpassed even the highest standards and proved themselves to be a class leading estate agency. While our transaction threw up some surprising issues, Country Properties supported us at every step. They not only went beyond expectations to keep our purchase transaction together, but also kept our buyers informed at regular intervals to ensure the chain remained strong. Their experience in the local area doesn’t stop with property knowledge; they are also able to propose a choice of other specialist firms to work with from financing, conveyancing, surveyors and removals. Each of the firms we selected were excellent. To summarise, although the thought of our 8 month transaction may sound horrific, I honestly did not feel stressed at any stage - that is the level of trust and confidence we had in Duane and his team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!

Poor service and telephone manner.

I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.

Bad experience .

Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .
