GoogleBeen meaning to wright a review for a many months, Simon went above and beyond for us, he not only answered all my silly questions as a first time buyers. Without Simon we wouldn’t be where we are today. He helped with the whole process from start to finish, ensured things were done from the sellers side and also the solicitors from the other side. Ensuring we made the stamp duty deadline, I would definitely recommend his service, skills and knowledge. I wouldn’t even think about another estate agent if we ever sell or buy in the future. GoogleBrilliant service when selling and buying with country properties. The team were great, organised and always available to help. The process was seamless, start from finish, the team also solved and helped us with a few bumps in the road with solicitors. As everyone knows, house moving is very stressful and country properties were great at assisting throughout the process. I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sell/buy locally.

GoogleMy mother recently purchased a house through Country Properties in Shefford. This is the second time in just over two years that we have used this branch after my own purchase in 2023. The level of consistency in their customer care service is second to none. This time Steph was our point of contact and she and her team have been brilliant to deal with from the first viewing right untill hand over of the keys. The goal was to move my mother closer to my family and I and with country properties help we managed to find a house on the same estate as ourselves. We couldn’t recommend the Shefford branch enough whether you’re buying or selling a property. Thanks again Steph, Jamie and team for making our family happy for the second time in as many years
