We purchased a property through Country Properties Ampthill, after agreeing our purchase, our chain broke, They were very helpful, checking out the new chain all the time upto completion. We had a private sale on our home and they set our mind at rest keeping us informed all the way.

Unfortunately this company cannot be trusted by Landlords . Having formulated a contract many years ago they recently tried to impose add additional costs which were not an acceptable change tour agreement . We subsequently decided to terminate our agreement because of this and incurred an introduction fee on our properties after many years of business . A bad experience .

GoogleI recently used Country&Properties to sell our home in biggleswade. From day 1 the process was straightforward, Karl popped round to value property and set everything up. Within a couple of days we were on the market. Laura then came over to look round the property so she knew what she was selling. Within a week we started receiving good offers and couple of weeks later it was sold. The whole process has been smooth, Laura has gone out of her way to keep me up to speed with everything, chasing the chain, chasing solicitors etc etc. Country & Properties are your premium estate agent and I would highly recommend.

GoogleWhile the majority of the team at Country Properties lettings were professional and helpful, my experience was unfortunately marred by one individual's conduct. This person displayed a lack of competence and was generally unhelpful and rude, which significantly impacted the overall service. I hope the company addresses these issues to ensure a consistently positive experience for all clients
