The process of selling this house was so quick, Country Properties have previously managed this property for me as a letting since 2016 but at the start of this year I decided it was time to sell up - Fiona picked up the sale and helped get everything in place ready to list as soon as the property was vacant. Within less than a week of the property being live on the market we had a buyer that had offered asking price and the ball was rolling on the sale immediately. Fiona and the rest of the team at Royston were available for any questions I had throughout the sale and if for any reason I wasn't able to reach my solicitor directly I was able to get an update from Country Properties directly so I always knew what was happening. I'd highly recommend using the Royston Country Properties team if you're selling a house within the area for a quick and painless sale.

What a lovey bunch of girls in the Royston office! Nothing was too much trouble...I only had to ask for help, usually with some of the paperwork and online 'stuff' and it was sorted. Country Properties did an excellent job…

Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

We brought our property from Country Properties and the whole experience has been great. We viewed the property twice before we brought and once after, they arranged the visits quickly and gave us the time we needed to view without being rushed. Any queries we had were passed to the seller the same day and usually responses were back the same day. When we got into the purchase they were very efficient in chasing the chain through to exchange even when there was a change at the top of the chain. When we sold our house earlier this year we opted to use Country Properties in Royston. The property sold quickly but our purchase of another property fell through. Country Properties were absolutely brilliant in keeping our buyers on track for the 6 months it took to finally find an alternative, do all the legal stuff and complete.
