My partner and I purchased our first home which was being sold via Country Properties. We dealt with Simon who was the person we met when we did our first viewing right at the very beginning. From the word go, Simon was amazing. Unlike many other estate agents, Simon had all the facts and knowledge of the property, and he truly cared about making sure we were fully aware of all the details of the property. Once we had registered our interest, he was communicative and very responsive, and we never felt under pressure to go through the process at a rushed pace - he always put us first to make sure we were comfortable. Simon was also extremely helpful with answering our questions, particularly when we were having some trouble with our lawyers and he helped us out on so many occasions during the buying process. Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

As always, excellent service by Paul and the staff at country properties in helping us rent out our property in a short period of time. Never a problem when calling the office, always friendly and courteous and willing to answer all questions etc. As ever, helpful in helping with last minute arrangements of gas safety certificates, check in and check out and all that needs to be done. Cannot recommend enough for anyone renting out their property as Landlords or as tenants trying to find a property. We have dealt with other local estate agents and not ever found any of them even closely as professional, honest and efficient as Paul and his team.
