I have been very pleased with the service and advice I have had from the Letchworth office . The sale of our property went through smoothly and good local knowledge from the office was very helpful . The property had previously been rented out through Country Properties residential office and their service was very good as well .The property was left in good condition for the new owners and everything coordinated so that we were in a position to exchange soon after the tenants vacated . I sold a property with Country Properties Letchworth and was assisted mainly by Ian and Simon Ellmers. I must say, they were two of the nicest and most helpful people that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They were able to find a buyer who was willing to pay a fair asking price. The sale turned out to be rather difficult, partly because of information that was contained within the deeds and also because of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation. However, thanks to Ian and Simon's knowledge of the local area, the sale was still able to go through reasonably quickly. The service I received was second to none. I was kept up to date at all times and was always able to communicate with them, when I needed to. They really went above and beyond what I was expecting, to help get the sale completed. I can't praise this branch of Country Properties highly enough. Excellent service from an honest and very professional estate agent. Very highly recommended!

I have used Country Properties, Letchworth for a few years now. They found me great tenants to rent my property and, when the time came, they helped me sell too. After a recent tragedy in my best friends life I helped her move. Luckily we chose Leysbrook estate agents to handle the sale of her property. However the down side was the property she was purchasing was through Country Properties in Letchworth. The service they provided was extremely poor, in fact it was Leysbrook that did most of the work to ensure a smooth process. I would highly recommend steering clear of country properties.
