Not the usual type of service from your usual high street estate agent! Whenever we needed to call the team, every member was aware of our case details and was able to give us the information we needed or go and find it and get straight back to us! AND we were the buyers not the sellers!!! Top service Sonja, Helen, Kerry and team! Highly recommended.

When searching for a house in Ashwell we contacted the agents. We gave our details and what we were looking for. Not once did they send details of any house. When we were negotiating for a house it got to 4pm on a Saturday and the agent suggested we call back on Monday to finish the deal! In the end we went straight to the vendor and dealt with them directly. Totally hopeless

View AgentsThey have a lot of Baldock properties on their books and undoutedly get a lot of people knocking on their door to view them. I registered with them in 2012 when house hunting - got property details given to me (I had dropped into the office). Viewed a couple although no good. All an OK service. But then heard nothing from them until....wait for it...a year later....they had something on the market would I be interested? A year without anything from them (despite stuff coming on the market that matched my criteria). Clearly they had a tricky one to sell and were actually being proactive! If you want an estate agent that will proactively market you property I would question whether these were any use at all.
