Sasha and team helped us get the best price, and guided us through the journey with sound advice and good communication. We were able to exchange and complete on the same day which was a bonus!

GoogleWe had a really bad experience! It caused us a lot of stress. And the page on the website saying that customer service is a priority, it’s not what we have experienced. In fact, we never got an apology for what we went through, even though they knew it wasn’t our fault. We were not treated well. Really disappointing for such a nice town.

Throughout the whole process, they kept us updated, reassured us when things became stressful, and always went the extra mile. A huge thank you to Sasha, who was simply outstanding. Country Properties did an excellent job of helping me through a sale and purchase. They organised a huge amount of viewings and made them back to back where possible minimising inconvenience to my family. The sale went smoothly despite having trustees involved. When I started viewing houses I was encouraged to spend as much time as I needed in each property. On a second viewing they even offered to get some help when the loft ladder was jammed and I needed to check the size. Very helpful and friendly on the phone I am happy to recommend them.

GoogleWhat a lovey bunch of girls in the Royston office! Nothing was too much trouble...I only had to ask for help, usually with some of the paperwork and online 'stuff' and it was sorted. Always service with genuine smiles and plenty of hugs!😊. Im settling in well in my new home...and want to thank them for getting me here with my sanity intact!😀.xx( that bit's debatable) 😆

GoogleThis is the second time I've used Country Properties Ampthill, and once again the service has been excellent. A big thank you to Sasha and Jake, who have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole moving process so far. Communication has been fantastic, with constant updates and reassurance at every stage, making what can be a stressful experience feel much more manageable. Their professionalism, friendliness and dedication to keeping everything moving smoothly have really stood out. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. A special thank you also to Harry and Ken for their support along the way. It's clear that the whole team genuinely cares about their clients and works hard to make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Just recently we needed extra guidance with a bit of a tricky issue. We dealt with Shakeel in letting's. His professionalism, friendly manner, attention to detail and just his total understanding of how important getting this issue resolved was to us was so impressive.
