GoogleVery very disappointed. Shocking communication - only responded to my calls - never rang me first. Sent people to do viewings who did not know the house (and had never been in it before). Constant turnover of staff I was dealing with and I'm afraid I would NOT recommend Country Properties (especially considering the amount they charge)

GoogleA family member involved in the choosing of our next home was denied entry into an empty property for not being able to wear a mask, even with their exemptions lanyard around their neck. At the date of viewing, it was during the period masks were optional; and before the government announced we need to start wearing masks indoors again. I would give them the benefit of the doubt if it was because they are VERY cautious about C-19, but they didn't ask us if we were showing any symptoms or if anyone in our household was self isolating (like most places ask), nor did they exercise any of the basic covid precautions. So I doubt it was that. On the plus side I know not to use them for the sale of our current house as they are not inclusive and will be excluding all potential purchasers with hidden disabilities without a mask.

We did our pre visit phone call to check your Covid status the morning of the viewing. Our Covid protocols were adhered to but there was some obvious confusion over the lanyard and we apologise wholeheartedly for any upset we have caused you. The employee in question is being retrained on all aspects of clients who have exemption from wearing a mask.

GoogleJodie helped us massively when we really liked a property from organising a viewing that day to also helping us secure the property by going the extra mile with the landlord. There was an issue during the referencing but this was not with them but with Homlet but this was swiftly corrected after realising there was a mistake. Jodie helped us throughout the entire process and ensured we could move in within a WEEK of viewing the property. Can't thank her enough for helping us secure a property we loved.
