Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!

GoogleDuring the whole sales period, from the time we signed the contract with Country Properties Baldock, to the time we completed, we found that every member of staff we dealt with was totally professional, understanding and supportive. In particular, we would like to mention Irma Bucci the Area Manager. Over the months we faced very many issues and problems and during this period Irma was brilliant.
