We purchased our property through Country Properties (Ampthill) and can only say that Sasha and Ken were absolutely fantastic. Our initial viewing was conducted by Ken who was prompt, courteous, professional, helpful and very honest. When discussing the property and through to making an offer, and having the offer accepted, Ken was exceptional.As with all sales and purchases issues can crop up and the management of these issues and the progression was handled by Sasha. Sasha was an absolute gem and pleasure to work with and is a credit to Country Properties. We can highly recommend Country Properties (Ampthill).

GoogleCountry Properties marketed our late parents house in Barton-le-Clay. With it being an emotional sale, Country Properties’ approach was sensitive and the house was marketed just as we wanted. We immediately had a number of viewings and some competitive offers, with the sale being completed in just 14 weeks. We dealt mainly with Ken and Sasha who were incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout, but whoever we spoke to in the office was always helpful, even if they couldn’t help directly, messages were relayed and call backs were timely. We didn't in the end sell but I was extremely impressed by the way they managed the listing of our property and the support they provided throughout. GoogleWe are so glad we chose Country Properties to market our property. Jake came to view our home and he was extremely professional and we could tell immediately he knew the local market very well. He gave us the highest valuation, believing in its value even though the property is unique and difficult to value, the price was much higher than other valuations and we achieved the asking price! After an offer was accepted I have to say the rest of the team, Sasha, Billie and Ken were also very professional, friendly and always made you feel nothing was too much trouble! Sasha led the negotiations throughout the process from this point and I cannot recommend her highly enough, she is so dedicated and very skilled at her job!! Our property as well as being unique also has some tricky hurdles to deal with, one very big issue which held our exchange of contracts up to the very last minute. Sasha faced the issue head on and got things done in the nick of time. If she had not used her persuasive and very professional skills our sale could have fallen through. Sasha achieved an incredible feat that day and we are now looking forward to our completion day very soon! I would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone, the whole team work seamlessly together and all go the extra mile to get things done!

GoogleEstate Agents have a bad reputation but the guys at Country Properties completely dispel that. They are totally honest and genuinely want to make the moving experience as easy and friendly as possible. Brothers Ian and Simon have been working together at Country Properties for many years and have lots of experience. They valued our property significantly higher than other Agents and achieved 3 asking price offers within 3 days of the property going on the market. They filtered the buyers out so there were no time wasters and no noseys just wanting to have a look round. They respond to emails immediately and even recommended a fantastic conveyancer. It started with really good local knowledge and presence which resulted in rapid viewings and an offer which the team were able to vet for me. But they really came into their own when I experienced problems with my solicitors being slow (oh so slow!). Laura and Ash were on the phone daily, often multiple times a day, to chase things with me, the buyers, and both sets of solicitors to keep things moving.
