GoogleToday we exchanged on our sale and purchase & I cannot believe how smoothly & quickly everything has gone through, this is without doubt due to Phil doing all of the chasing for us and keeping us constantly up to date. Phil was able to recommend a surveyor, solicitor etc. And was always available to give advice & responded to our queries efficiently. This is our third move and we will never use anyone else now that we have found Country Properties. Everyone we have spoken to including Christine and Stephen have been friendly & helpful always. GoogleA big thank you to Phil and Joel and all the team. Selling our late mother's house from a distance of 150 miles away was challenging. Phil helped and supported us the whole way through to completion. Communcations were excellent at all times and went above and beyond what we expected. Everyone we spoke to at the agency was polite, efficient and just downright nice. It was a much better experience than we had anticipated and we would not hesitate to recommend this agency. Perhaps you could open a branch or two in Sussex!

GoogleWe have just bought a property through Country Properties, Ampthill, and have absolutely no hesitation in giving a maximum rating for the team there. Their expertise and knowledge of the buying/selling process and other related matters were extremely important in helping inform and reassure us in what could have been a very stressful process. They dealt with us in a professional and friendly manner, always on hand to answer any questions we had, and kept us in the picture with developments. Indeed whenever we called, they recognised us and remembered our situation immediately. Appointments were punctual, and promises to return calls etc. were always met.
