GoogleWe were having a nightmare whilst going through our process of selling our flat when we finally took the decision to change estate agents to country properties in shefford, steph was excellent from start to finish got the people who were appropriate to actually buying our property not just everyone, the experience from start to finish was brilliant (even when the impending stress and snippy messages our end crept in steph was still amazing with us), couldn't recommend enough and if we ever sell again we will definitely being using steph and the team.
Thank you Josh it was quite a journey for you but we were delighted when you came to us to market your apartment. Moving home can prove stressful at times and choosing the right agent really can make a difference, especially when things aren't straight forward. Steph was only too happy to help and was absolutely delighted for you on moving day - we hope you love your new home !

They enter into the spirit of the event, with decorated window displays and joining us on the days with their skittle alley and even their car filled with balloons.

GoogleWe've used the Shefford Branch of CP for the purchase of home in 2013 and subsequent sale in Shefford in 2022. We've always found Jamie, Steph and the team extremely professional, never too busy to answer questions or put our worries to rest. At every step of the process we felt we were in very safe hands.

GoogleWe would strongly recommend country Properties Shefford. Steph and the shefford team were wonderful, always got back to us and relayed messages when we rang. The first house we put an offer on we lost just to a higher bid, However, Steph kept us in mind when a property came on the market that ticked all our boxes (and more!) and was within our budget. we were the first to view and put an offer in straight away that was excepted! We are really grateful to steph, she found us a beautiful 3 bed home in shefford.

House sold at expected price in first weekend on the market, however where the real value comes in with using Jamie and the team is when issues with the chain occur. GoogleAs always, excellent service by Paul and the staff at country properties in helping us rent out our property in a short period of time. Never a problem when calling the office, always friendly and courteous and willing to answer all questions etc. As ever, helpful in helping with last minute arrangements of gas safety certificates, check in and check out and all that needs to be done. Cannot recommend enough for anyone renting out their property as Landlords or as tenants trying to find a property. We have dealt with other local estate agents and not ever found any of them even closely as professional, honest and efficient as Paul and his team. As oversees landlords, it is so reassuring to know that our property and everything is in good and safe hands.

We emigrated and left our property in their capable hands...and thank goodness we did as there were plenty of finer details we'd missed...like, what happens if the binmen don't take your bins after you've left the country!...who cuts your overgrown grass if you've taken the lawnmower with you? Who shifts the freezer out of your house if the new tenants don't want it? All handled smoothly by Country Properties. Thankyou guys! Thankyou Paul!

GoogleI used Country Properties in Letchworth to sell my step mother's bungalow, and found them excellent and very efficient and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately the Solicitor we used was rather slow, and Country Properties worked very hard to push the sale through for us and our buyer.

GoogleCouldn’t recommend country properties more. As first time buyers we didn’t fully understand what was going on at times. There was always someone there to explain the process and always kept us up to date with what would happen next. Sometimes just a phone call helped put as at ease and we were always well informed.
